Provide a detailed written contract for all jobs
Maintain a safe and organized work site
Return phone calls in a timely fashion
Carry all applicable insurance
Deal only with reputable subcontractors
Strive to surpass basic building code requirements
Offer a minimum two year warranty on all work (excludes minor home repair and products with manufacturers warranty)
