The owner of a London contracting company has been charged with three counts of fraud.
London Police say 45-year-old David Sjaarda is facing three counts of fraud under $5,000 dollars for work that was ordered and never completed.
Police recieved complaints from residents about a company called General Building Products Ltd.
The homeowners allege they paid a deposit for window replacement or a kitchen renovation, but the work was never completed.
Anyone with information on related incidents are asked to call London Police or Crimestoppers.
